I have worked in the people management business for over twenty-five years. My career has provided me the opportunity to work in health care, with people with disabilities, in customer service and legal services. 

Since 1996 I have conducted intensive legal research in the area of employment law. I teach employers--drawing on my extensive research and experience--how to develop policies and practices that build on the experience of other professionals.

My teaching takes the form of interesting, interactive and high energy workshops.  I have conducted workshops for hundreds of groups in every province of Canada, throughout the United States and in Australia.

Today I continue to conduct up-to-date legal research and bring this current knowledge to organizations like yours. My legal writing has been published by First Reference Inc. at www.hrinfodesk.com and by the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO).
